These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and xkx8 ("xkx8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://xkx8.io ("Platform"). The inactivity fee, if applied, will not reduce any balance below zero. You may reactivate an inactive account at any time by contacting the support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.4 Bonus Expiry

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by xkx8

xkx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. In cases of fraudulent activity, xkx8 reserves the right to withhold and investigate any funds in the account before processing a refund or transfer.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your xkx8 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13 Amendments to Terms
